Awesome support from the team!

For more than a year, we've been utilizing Textedly to keep in touch with our parents and team. It's been a budget-friendly option for us and mostly user-friendly. A few features can be a bit tricky to figure out (especially if you don’t use them often), but the support team is super quick to respond and really helpful.

Textedly is super easy to navigate and budget-friendly. I've given a shot to a couple of other services, but honestly, Textedly takes the cake.

Whatever you do, steer clear of this service! I signed up back in October 2021 and forked over a grand for a yearly plan. Just two months in, they switched up the text format, making it look like total spam. I asked to cancel and get my money back. They turned down my refund request, which I accepted, but I still insisted on canceling. Fast forward to October 2022, and I got hit with another $1k charge, even though I had clearly canceled. I shot them an email about the mistake and requested a refund. They claimed I never canceled and said I wouldn’t be getting my money back for a service I hadn’t used in over a year. I’ve got email proof showing I canceled, but their response was that they don’t cancel subscriptions. This company is super shady, thinking they can keep charging you forever for something you only had for a couple of months. I really wish I could share the screenshots of my email exchanges with them about the cancellation.
